INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
1. Properly collection and processing of all kinds of existing Fixed Assets and Store (Inventory) data using Survey Software provided by BPDB.
2. Identify the location of all fixed assets & store items with necessary supporting using image & Geographical position (GPS) capturing by mobile apps.
3. Identification, verification and valuation the recorded, unrecorded or disputed land of BPDB, the land already acquired for constructing or to be constructed of public or private power plants (joint venture, public and IPP, Rental power plants etc.).
4. Verify the present conditions of all other fixed assets reconcile with their existing data.
5. Review and validate the present status and the value of all Fixed Assets by the unit head and issue an Acceptance Certificate for the same.
6. Re-valuation of all individual fixed assets in accordance with International Accounting Standard IAS-16 & BFRS-16
7. Valuation of all individual stores/inventory item in accordance with International Accounting Standard IAS-2.
8. Prepare the list of Scrap and unserviceable Martials of different unit office of BPDB and valuation for the same.
9. Incorporation of the revalued amount of fixed assets and stores in the Financial Statement with the approval of the Board etc.
10. Unit offices are located in different places in Bangladesh. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

Only Chartered Accountant/Cost and Management Accountant firms register with the Institute of Chartered Accountant/Cost and Management Accountant of Bangladesh with at least 10 years experiences in identification, verifications, valuations and Recording of the Fixed Assets and stores. |

01. Short listing will be made in accordance to the Public Procurement Rule (PPR)-2008 following the criteria as specified below:
a. Expertise, Facilities & Experience of the firm, b. Legal Documents-Trade license, Tax, VAT Certificates and register in institute of CA/CMA, c. Brochure d. Similar Task (Experience), d. Experience of working in the similar Condition/environment (Power sector), e. Availability of professional with proper Experience & qualification, f. financial capacity (Bank balance & Audit Report), g. Management Capacity (Work plan & Methodology) etc. with supporting evidence.
02. A joint venture or Consortium may be formed to enhance capacity consisting not more than three Firms (CA/CMA Firms), A Joint Venture Agreement on Judicial stamp of TK 300.00 shall be submitted with EOI with sign and seal of all Parties as per rule 54 of PPR-2008
03. The Expression of Interest (EOI) shall be submitted in 3(three) sets. One Original & Two copies for each Lot, on or before specified date and time. Mentioning, Lot No., Project name & addressing to the Project Director, IVVR Project, Phase-3.
Interested bidder (CA/CMA Firm) can submit EOI for maximum 2 (two) lots but cannot submit EOI for that lot or lots for which data has been previously collection or revaluation.
