Tenderer shall submit with its Tender, the following additional documents:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in construction/ repair works as Prime contractor shall be 5 years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 02 contracts contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 1,10,00,000.00 shall be required.
3. Documentary evidence of Bank Solvency.
4. Copy of the up to date Income TAX (TIN) payment certificate.
5. Copy of the up to date VAT (BIN) Registration Certificate.
6. Copy of the up to date Trade License.
7. Copy of National ID card.
8.Tenderer must have up to date valid document as a enlisted contractor from any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous bodys competent Authority. |
