INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

Major eligible criteria are:
• Any potential Bangladeshi tenderer having legal capacity to enter into the contract under the applicable law are eligible for this tender.
• Tenderers shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes under the provisions of laws and regulations of Bangladesh.
Other eligible criteria are mentioned in ITT Clause 5 of the tender document.
The major experience criteria are as follows:
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in public sector (Ministry/ Division/ Authority/ Agency/ Government Company/ Government Organization/ Government Project) as Prime Contractor or Sub Contractor or Management Contractor shall be 3 (Three) years.
b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in providing non-Consultant Service of at least one (1) contract of similar nature, and complexity completed over a period of 5 (Five) years with a value of at least of BDT 160 Lakh (Taka one hundred sixty Lakh) shall be required. Contract for providing transport service to public sector will be treated as similar nature. |
