| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

a) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in providing non-Consultant Service of multiple contract (maximum 4 contracts) of similar nature, complexity and methods/technology completed over a period of 05 (Five) years with a collective value of at least of Tk 4,50,00,000/= (Four Crore Fifty Lac) only shall be required;
c) The Tenderer shall have updated Trade License, Registration for manpower supply, updated Tax Clearance certificate, VAT Registration Certificate and shall meet the requirement of general experience, annual turnover, liquid asset etc. as per the instructions of Tender Document.
