INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

This invitation for Tenders is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
1. The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-contractor or Management. Contractor Shall be 5 (Five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
2. Having minimum experience as a prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of 02 (two) numbers of minimum 04 (Four) storied Building with minimum 04 (Four) Storied Foundation of R.C.C. building construction including civil, internal sanitary and internal electrification works of BDT 7.50 Crores in a single contract within last 5(five) years in any Government / Semi-Government/Autonomous organization of Bangladesh and atleast 01 (one) number of minimum 04 (Four) storied Building with minimum 04 (Four) Storied Foundation of R.C.C. building construction including civil, internal sanitary and internal electrification works of BDT 7.50 Crores in a single contract within last 5(five) years in Public Works Department (PWD). Government Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT. Tenderer must have experience in pile foundation work.
3. The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover over the best three (3) years of last five (5) years of BDT 12.00 Crores.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be BDT 3.00 Crores.
5. The minimum tender capacity shall be BDT 8.00 Crores.
6. Valid VAT Clearance certificate, Trade License, ABC Electric along with Supervisory License.
7. Detail information is mentioned in the tender document. The tender must possess all other conditions in TDS, PCC, ITT, GCC and all necessary documents must be submitted in e PW3 format following PPR-2025. Otherwise, the tender will be rejected. |
