INFORMATION FOR TENDERER
|
| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-contractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 (five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal.
b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub-contractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least one contract of 3-storied RCC building with 4-storied foundation successfully completed within the last 5(five) years with a value of at least Tk. 660.00 Lakh (Tk Six Hundred & Sixty lakh); Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal.
c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 1025.00 lakh (Tk one thousand & Twenty Five lakh). over the last 5 (five) financial years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal. Payment Certificates must be submitted along with the tender in support construction turnover.
d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) shall be Tk. 308.00 lakh (Tk Three Hundred & Eight lakh). Documents submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender in a prescribed from for this purpose which in attached in Tender Documents of Section-5 : Tender & contract form (Form e-PW3-8)
e) The minimum Tender capacity shall be Tk. 870.00 Lakh (Eight Hundred and Seventy lakh).
f) The Tenderer must submit Up to Date Trade license, income Tax Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate ABC/BC and Electrical Supervisory license from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board.
g) All other terms and conditions are mentioned in the TDS of this tender.
h) The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject all the tenders and no claims will be accepted in this regard. |
