INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

Tenderers shall have the legal documents: (a) Valid Trade License (b) TIN Certificate (c) BIN Certificate (d) Up-to-date ABC contractor and supervisory license.
Acknowledgement slip issued by the competent income tax authority as proof of submission of income tax return for the Assessment Year 2023-2024.
The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction work as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be five (5) years.
The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in refurbishment or renovation works under public sector of at least 01 contract of Refurbishment or Renovation of Plant Quarantine Laboratories or any accredited laboratories successfully completed within the last 5 years with a value of at least Tk. 1,20,00,000.00 (Taka One Crore and Twenty Lac only).
The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 2,50,00,000 (Two Crore and Fifty Lac) over the best three (3) years in the last five (5) financial years.
The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 80,00,000 (Taka Eighty Lac only).
The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 1,30,00,000.00 (Taka One Crore and Thirty Lac Only).
In case of JVCA, the minimum qualification requirements of Leading Partner, other Partner(s) and requirements by summation of a JVCA shall meet as described in ITT and in TDS.
All others criteria as mentioned in the Tender Document.
