INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
A) The Minimum Number of Years of General Experience of the Tenderer in
the Construction Works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management
shall be 05 (Five) Years.
B) The Minimum Specific Experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor
or Management Contractor in Construction Works under Public Sector of at
Least 01 (One) Contract(s) of Similar Types of Work or RCC Civil
Construction Works Successfully Completed in Govt. / Semi-Govt./
Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh within the Last 05 years, with a Value
of at least Tk 2.80 (Two Point Eight Zero) Crore.
C) The Minimum Amount of Financial Resources as Liquid Asset or Working
Capital or Credit Line(s) or Specific Credit Commitment or in Any Combination
of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 1.00 (One) Crore. (Must be Issued
Within Publication of IFT in e-GP System to the Last Date of Lodgment of the
Tender and must be Followed by the Appropriate Format in the Form of e-
PW2A-8).
D) The Minimum Tender Capacity shall be: Tk. 3.00 (Three point Zero Zero)
Crore.
E) The Required Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be Greater than
Tk 5.00 (Five) Crore over the Last 05 (Five) Financial Years. This must be
Supported by Total Certified Payment Received for Contracts in Progress or
Work Complete under Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous
Organization of Bangladesh during Last 05 Years.
F) The Tenderer must possess:
(i) Up-to-date Valid Trade License and VAT Registration Certificate.
(ii) Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate.
(iii) Up-to-date ABC Category Contractor and Supervisory License from
Electricity Licensing Board, GoB.
All Other Conditions in TDS, PCC, ITT and All Necessary Documents Must
Submit in e-PW2A Format. Otherwise, Tenderer will be Rejected. Any
Ambiguity between Tender Data Sheet (TDS), PCC and Tender Notice;
