INFORMATION FOR TENDERER
|
| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
1. Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the TDS.
2. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-Contractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.
3. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub Contractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1(one) number of RCC Building Construction work of Tk 2.80 (Two point Eight Zero) Crore in a single contract in Government / SemiGovernment / Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (Five) years.
4. The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) financial years of Tk. 2.50 (Two point Five Zero) Crore.
5. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit line of the Tenderer shall be Tk 2.00 (Two point Zero Zero) Crore.
6. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk 2.50 (Two point Five Zero) Crore.
7. The Tenderer must submit with Tender :
a. Up-to-date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, Valid VAT Registration Certificate, ABC Category Contractor License, Supervisory License issued from Electricity Licensing Board, GoB.
b. The Tenderer must submit Certification of having steel shutter, props etc.
c. Only submitted payment certificates will be considered for calculation of Average Annual Construction Turnover.
d. The Tenderers must submit work completion certificates & contract agreement of all completed and on-going works. |
