INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 (five) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in the construction works at least 1 (one) number of 14 (fourteen) storied RCC building construction work including Sanitary, Water Supply & Internal Electrification with a minimum value of Tk 65.00 (sixty-five point zero zero) Crore. in a single contract under public sector successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years.
(c) The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 70.00 (seventy point zero zero) crore. over the last 5 (five) financial years. Total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed contracts under public sector during last 5 (five) years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
(d) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset i.e. Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit (must be submit in Form e-PW3-8) of Tk 18.00 (eighteen point zero zero) Crore. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
(e) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk 75.00 (seventy-five point zero zero) Crore. Documentary evidence for tenderer capacity must be submitted.
(f) VAT and Income tax shall be deducted from the bill payment as per the latest circular/ instructions from the NBR.
g) Up-to dated ABC License & Supervisory License for FY-2025-26 issued from Electrical licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
(h) Must have Sufficient qualified manpower to carry out electrical work. |
