INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub-contractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 01 (one) contract of Building Construction (Including Finishing work) successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years with a value of at least Tk. 950.00 (Nine Hundred & Fifty) Lac.
3. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk. 1500.00 (Fifteen Hundred) lac over the last 03(three) financial years or best 03 (Three) years in the last 05(Five) financial years.
4. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 450.00 (Four Hundred & fifty) Lac.
5. The minimum capacity shall be 1000.00 (One Thousand) Lac. To calculate minimum tender capacity the tenderer must be submitted list of certified payment for ongoing or completed contract as Form e-PW3-6 format under any public sector for the year in which maximum value of works performed within 5 years from tender publication date in e-GP portal.
6. The tenderers must possess up-to-date trade and ABC license, Supervisor license, VAT registration and Income TAX certificate. |
