INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

The Tender is open to all eligible tenderers who has
a) Up to date valid Trade license (FY 2025-26)
b) Valid TIN & VAT registration Certificate
c) Up to date valid Income Tax clearance certificate (FY 2023-24 or FY 2024-25).
d) The minimum of years of general experience of the tenderer in construction work shall be 5 (five) years [Years counting backward from the date of IFT]
e) Specific experience of satisfactory completion of Fire protection and detection system including Gas suppression work as prime contractor/ Subcontractor/ Management Contractor in a single contract with a minimum value of Taka 520.00 (Five hundred and twenty) lac in any government/ semi government/ autonomous organization within last 5 (five) years from the date of IFT
f) A minimum average annual construction turnover over last 5 years of Tk. 810.00 lac. [Years counting backward from the date of IFT].
g) The minimum amount of liquid assets of the tenderer shall be Taka 270.00 (Two hundred and seventy) lac in the form of a letter of commitment for banks undertaking for line of credit (Form e-PG3-8) without alteration issued not earlier than twenty-eight (28) days of the deadline for submission of Tender only.
h) Tender capacity of Tk. 600.00 Lac [to submit ongoing work details, contract amount, payment bill amount, remaining works amount and other required information]
i) Have sufficient experienced and NFPA certified manpower and equipment to carry out fire detection, protection and gas suppression system work
j) Shall have Manufacturers Authorization Letter(s) for Fire Pump, Valves, Fire detectors, Gas suppression system separately
k) Up to date valid ABC category Contractor & Electrical Supervisory license (FY 2025-26)
l) Met all other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender as mentioned in the ITT, GCC & Tender data sheet (TDS) & Tender documents.
