INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under Government/semi-Government/Autonomous body of at least one contract of RCC framed structure building (At least 4 storied Foundation with 3 Storied Building) construction works including civil, Internal sanitary & water supply & internal electrification works successfully completed within the last 5(Five) years with a value of at least Tk. 16.00(Sixteen point zero zero) crores. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal.
3. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 20.00 (Twenty point zero zero) crores over the last 05 (Five) years. Payment certificates must be submitted along with the tender in support of construction turnover.
4. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the tenderers shall be Tk 5.50 (Five point five Zero) crores.
5. The minimum Tender capacity shall be Tk.18.50 (Eighteen point five zero) crores.
6. The Tenderer must possess: i) Up to date Trade license. ii) Valid VAT Registration certificate. iii) Up to date income tax clearance certificate. iv) Up to date ABC/BC category contractor and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board, GoB.
7. Tender will be evaluated with latest amendments of PPA 2006 & PPR 2025.
