INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

The Tender is open to all eligible tenderer who has
a) The minimum of years of general experience in construction work for 5 (five) years [Years counting backward from the date of IFT].
b) Specific experience of satisfactory completion of electrical substation equipment (minimum 1500 KVA Electrical substation including HT/LT cabling work) and Solar Power (minimum 40KW On-grid solar Power) system supply & installation work in a single contract with a minimum value of Taka 750.00 (Seven hundred fifty) lac in any government/semi government/autonomous organization as a contractor/subcontractor/management contractor within last 5 (five) years prime from the date of IFT
c A minimum average annual construction turnover over of last 5 years of Tk. 1300.00 (Thirteen Hundred) lac. [Years counting backward from the date of IFT].
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets of the tenderer shall be Taka 450.00 (Four hundred fifty) lac in the form of a letter of commitment for banks undertaking for line of credit (Form e-PW3-8) without alteration issued not earlier than twenty-eight (28) days of the deadline for submission of Tender only.
e) Tender capacity of Tk. 900.00 Lac [to submit ongoing work details, contract amount, payment bill amount, remaining works amount and other required information]
f) Have Manufacturers Authorization letters for each of i) 1500KVA Substation equipment including Ring Main Unit, ii)HT & LT Cables, iii) On grid Solar Power System and iv) Inverter for Solar Power system separately
All other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender are shown in the ITT, GCC & Tender Data Sheet (TDS), Tender Documents and upload sections (Section-8).If any condition is not fulfilled and documents are not submitted along with the tender, the tenderer will be non-responsive. |
