Eligibility of Tenderer/Consultant :
A) Reputed Contractors/Construction Firms who have Minimum 10 Years of General Experience in Construction Works
B) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 01 (one) contract of 01 (one) no RCC framed structure building (including one basement floor) construction works Having Internal Electrification and Sanitary works successfully completed within the last 10 (Ten) years with a value of at least Tk 130.0 crore (one hundred & thirty crore only); Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal. Specific experience certificate to be submitted must be in the prescribed format of tender documents.
C) The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 125.0 crore(one hundred & twenty five crore only) over the best 03 (three) years in the last 5 (Five) financial years or the best five years in the last 10 (Ten) financial years. Payment certificates received for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with the tender in support of construction turnover.
D) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) shall be Tk 30.0 crore (thirty crore only). Line of credit must be in the prescribed format of tender documents.
E) The minimum Tender capacity shall be Tk. 182.0 crore (Tk one hundred & eighty two crore only).
F) The Tenderer must Possess:
1) Up to date Trade License.
2) Valid VAT Registration Certificate.
3) Income Tax Certificate.
iv) Up to date ABC Category Contractory and Supervisory License from "Electricity Licensing Board", GoB
G) Other Notable Terms and Conditions are Pointed out at TDS,PCC,ITT and GCC Which Strictly Should be Followed. |
