INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
1.1.The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in
Construction works shall as prime contractor or subcontractor or
management contractor shall be 10 (ten) years (Years counting backward from
the date of publication of IFT
2.The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub contractor or
Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least
01 (one) contract of 01 (one) no RCC Framed structured Building Construction
works (including Civil, Sanitary and Internal Electrification works) successfully
completed within the last 10 (ten) years with a value of at least Tk. 13.00
(thirteen ) Crore Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT
in the e-GP portal specific experience certificate to be submitted must be in
the prescribed format of tender
3.The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall
be greater than Tk 25.50 (twenty five point five) Crore over the last 5 (Five)
financial years Payment certificates received for contracts in progress or
completed under public sector must be submitted along with the tender in
support of construction turnover.
4.The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) shall
be Tk 6.50 (six point five zero) Crore. Line of credit must be in the
prescribed format of tender documents.
5. The minimum Tender capacity shall be Tk. 18.00 (Eighteen) Crore
6. The Tenderer must submit up to date Trade license, Income Tax Certificate,
VAT Registration certificate, ABC /A BC Electrical contractor and ABC /A BC
Electrical supervisory license
7. All other terms and conditions are mentioned in the TDS of this tender.
