INFORMATION FOR TENDERER
|
| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
1) The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in construction works shall be 10 (Ten) years [Years counting backward from the date of IFT].
2) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor of satisfactory completion of 01 (one) number of RCC framed structure building construction work including internal electrical & sanitary system works in a single contract with a minimum value of Tk. 150.00 (Tk one hundred & fifty) Crore in any government/ semi government/ autonomous organization within last 10 (ten) years [Years counting backward from the date of IFT].
3) A minimum average annual construction turnover under public sector over the last 5 (Five) years of Tk 115.00 ( Tk one hundred & fifteen) Crore [Years counting backward from the date of IFT].
4) The minimum amount of liquid asset of the tenderer shall be Tk 33.00 (thirty three) Crore in the form of a letter of commitment for bank’s undertaking for line of credit (Form e-PW3-8) without alteration issued not earlier than twenty-eight (28) days of the deadline for submission of Tender only.
5) Minimum Tender capacity of Tk. 177.00 (Tk one hundred & seventy seven) Crore [To submit ongoing work details, contract amount, payment bill amount, remaining works amount and other required information].
6) Having sufficient manpower and equipment to carry out construction and all electrical & sanitary system works.
7) Up to date valid ABC category Electrical Contractor & supervisory license (FY 2025-2026) obtained from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board.
8) Meeting all other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender as mentioned in the ITT, GCC & Tender data sheet (TDS) & Tender documents (Including trade license, TIN, VAT certificate, income tax clearance certficate etc). |
