2. The Tenderer must have the required minimum Specific experience in similar works under public sector.
3. The Tenderer must satisfy the required financial capacity, personnel, and equipment criteria as stated in the Tender Document.
4. Joint Venture (JV) is permitted in accordance with the provisions of the Tender Document.
5. The Tenderer must not be suspended, debarred, bankrupt, or involved in corrupt or fraudulent practices, and must have no conflict of interest as defined in the Tender Document.
6. The Tenderer must comply with the Government and the World Bank’s Anti-Corruption Guidelines, including any restrictions imposed by Development Partners and, upon award, shall provide Beneficial Ownership information as required. |
