The Tenderer must posses :
1. Authorization Letter to submit Tender on behalf of Tenderer
2.National ID of Authorised Person
3. Up to date Valid Trade License
4. Up to date Income Tax Clearance certificate
5. Up to date Valid VAT Registration Certificate (Up to Date 9 Digit BIN)
6. Documentary evidence of Average Annual Construction Turnover.
7. Documentary evidence of liquid assets
8. Documentary evidence of Specific Experience
9. Valid ABC Category Electrical & Electrical Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board, Bangladesh.
10. Manufacturer Authorization letter for all the equipment/ Accsoriess proposed.
11. Catalogue for proposed Fire Alarm Fire Detection & Fire Protection System with all necessary specification & technical data.
12. Manufacturer's Authorization letter for Fire Alarm Fire Detection & Fire Protection System.
13. Local Agencyship Certificate of the proposed Fire Alarm Fire Detection & Fire Protection System.
14. Brand Name and Origin of the country of the proposed Fire Alarm Fire Detection & Fire Protection System.
15. The bidder shall submit the details address of the Factory phone no,website addresss,email address and compny profile of the Fire Alarm Fire Detection & Fire Protection System manufacturing company.
16. The Tenderer must submit the Manufacturer's valid ISO 9001:2015 certificates confirming the quality management and complies all the activities cover with this tender item.
17. The Tenderer must submit Fire association affliation certificates along with this tender to confirming that he is experienced enough in this sector and supply genuine and original materials for both System.
18. The Tenderer must submit a list of Technical persons who are certified from the manufacturers to Install commissioning Testing and Maintenance of Fire Protection system including Pump and Fire Detection System that is supplylied in Tejgaon 123 Flat Project.
19. Key Personal list as following
a.(One) Diploma Engineer (Electrical/Electronics) with an experience of Fire detection and protection, Sub Station installation and internal electrification works of at least 5 (Five) Years,
b. (One) skilled Technician with an experience of Fire detection and protection, Sub Station installation and internal electrification works of at least 5 (Five) Years,
c. ( Three) Helper to technician/ Asst. Electrician with an experience of substation installation and internal electrification works of at least 10 (Ten) Years.
20. Working Methodology and Work plan for execution of the work.
21. Site Visit Report with Detailed work plan Fire Drawing duly signed by concerned Site Engineer not below the Rank of Sub-Divisional Engineer.
