INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

Eligibility of Tenderer :

1. The Tenderers must have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience of Construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal 2.The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub contractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 01 (one) contract of 01 (one) no Similar nature works successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years with a value of at least Tk. 35.00 (Thirty five) Lakh; Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal. Specific experience certificate to be submitted must be in the prescribed format of tender documents. 3.The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 40.00 (forty) Lakh over the best 03 (three) years in the last 5 (Five) financial years Payment certificates received for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with the tender in support of construction turnover. 4.The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) shall be Tk 33.00 (Thirty three) Lakh. Line of credit must be in the prescribed format of tender documents. 5. The minimum Tender capacity shall be Tk. 45.00 (forty five) Lakh. 6. The Tenderer must submit up to date Trade license, Income Tax Certificate, VAT Registration certificate, ABC /A BC Electrical contractor and ABC /A BC Electrical supervisory license from Bangladesh Electricity Licensing Board. 7. All other terms and conditions are mentioned in the TDS of this tender. 8. The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject all the tenders and no claims will be accepted in this regard.
