INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

This invitation for tender is open to all eligible/ Bona fide Tenderers:
a) Up to date valid Trade license (FY 2025-26)
b) Valid TIN & VAT registration Certificate
c) Up to date valid Income Tax clearance certificate (FY 2023-24 or FY 2024-25)
d) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.
e) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 01 contract of HVAC system successfully completed within the last 05 years, with a value of at least Tk. 35.00 Lac
f) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 80.00 Lac over the last 5 years and Tender Capacity minimum 35.00 Lac.
g) The minimum amount Liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) from any Scheduled Bank TK 15.00 Lac in the form of Letter of Credit Commitment for Banks Undertaking for Line of Credit (Form e-PW2A-8) Only without alteration, issued not earlier than twenty eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tender.
h) Up to date valid ABC category Contractor & Electrical Supervisory license (FY 2025-26)
i) Manufacturer Authorization Letter of AIR-COOLER and VENTILATION FAN
j) Up to date valid IRC Certificate.
k) Met all other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender as mentioned in the ITT, GCC & Tender data sheet (TDS) & Tender documents. |
