INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 (Five) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT on newspaper.
(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 01 (one) contract of 01 (one) no RCC framed structure building construction works/ Construction of Retaining Wall/ Retaining Wall cum Boundary Wall/ Boundary wall successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years with a value of at least Tk. 250.00 (Two Hundred and Fifty) Lac ; Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT on newspaper. Specific experience certificate to be submitted must be in the prescribed format of tender documents.
(c) The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk. 550.00 (Five Hundred and Fifty) Lac over the last 5 (Five) financial years. Payment certificates received for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with the tender in support of construction turnover.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) shall beTk. 200.00 (Two Hundred) Lac. Line of credit must be in the prescribed format of tender documents.
(e) The minimum Tender capacity shall be Tk. 300.00 (Three Hundred) Lac .
(f) The Tenderer must submit up to date Trade license, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration certificate.
(g) All other terms and conditions are mentioned in the ITT, GCC,TDS and PCC of this tender.
(h) The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject all the tenders and no claims will be accepted in this regard. |
