INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
1.The Tenderer must possess i) Up to date valid Trade license ii) an up-to-date income tax clearance certificate from NBR iii) a Valid VAT registration certificate from NBR iv) an up-to-date ABC license with supervisory license.
2. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 years.
3. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least ONE contract(s) of RCC Building Construction works (Civil +Sanitary + Internal Electrification) successfully completed within the last 05 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 3.00 Crore only.
4.The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 3.00 crore over the last 05 financial years.
5. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 1.50 crore only to be issued in Letter of commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for line of credit in the format as specified (Form e-PW2A-8).
6. The minimum capacity shall be: Tk. 3.50 Crore only.
NB: Tenderer shall quote the rate by considering additional 2.5% VAT with adjustment factor for PWD following the NBR order 2025 (SRO 182-Act/2025/310-VAT). |
