INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in the construction works as prime contractors or sub-contractor or management contractor shall be 5 (five) years. Years counting backward from the publication of IFT in e-GP portal.
2. The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor or sub-contractor or management contractor in construction works of at least one contract of similar nature building works with a value at least Tk. 1.20 (One point two zero) crores in a single contract in Government/Semi-Government /Autonomous Organization successfully completed within the last 5 years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP portal.
3. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 1.80 (one point eight zero) crores.
4. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk. 1.40 (one point four zero) crores over the last 5 years.
5. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 1.50 (one point five zero) Crores.
6. The Tenderer must possess: i) Up to date trade license. ii) Valid VAT Registration certificate. iii) Up to date income tax clearance certificate iv) Up to date ABC category contractor and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board, GoB.
7. Tender will be evaluated with latest amendments of PPA 2006 & PPR 2025.
