INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

The Tender is open to all eligible tenderer who has:
(1) PWD Enlisted Contractors having up-to-date License under PWD E/M Division-07,Dhaka for the year 2025-2026.
(2) Up-to-date valid Trade License.
(3) Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate from the NBR with TIN.
(4) Up-to-date BIN Registration Certificate from the NBR.
(5) Up-to-date valid ABC/ BC/ C Electrical Contractor and Supervisory License obtained from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board.
(6) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities shall be Tk. 76.00 Lac. (Document submitted along with the Tender must be issued in between Publication date & Submission date of the Tender)
(7) The Tender must have specific experience in executing at Least two (02) electrical maintenance works within the KPI’s area over the last two (02) years under the PWD Jurisdiction. This experience should encompass task such as Maintenance of Lighting System, Fittings and Fixtures, Switches, Sockets, Circuit Breaker and Air Conditioning System.
