INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below :
a) Tenderer shall have minimum 5(five) years of general experience in Construction works (time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system)
b) Tenderer shall have Specific Experience successful completion of a contract with a value not less than Tk.160.00 (One Hundred Sixty) Lakh in which at least steel work value Tk.70.00 (seventy) Lakh shall be included in Government / Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years. (time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system)
c) The required average annual construction turn-over must be greater than Tk. 350.00 (Three Hundred Fifty) Lakh only during last 5(five) years. Necessary supporting documents shall be submitted with the tender. Any estimated cost or contract value will not be considered calculating Average Annual Construction Turnover. (time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system)
d) Having minimum liquid asset amounting Tk.100.00 (One Hundred) Lakh. Supporting documents are to be submitted with the tender. Credit Commitment issued by any scheduled bank should be fully unconditional as per (Form e-PW2A-8) attached with the tender document. Any deviation of this form will result in the tender non-responsive.
e) The Tenderer must have updated VAT, IT, Trade License, Updated ABC/BC category Electrical Supervisory License.
f) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in tender data sheet of tender documents.
g) The work must be completed by June 30, 2026.
h) The Tender Capacity is Tk. 200.00 (Two Hundred) Lakh. Supporting documents must be submitted along with information as per enclosed form (ongoing works/commitments). |
