INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
1. The Tenderers must have minimum 05(Five) years of general experience of construction works as Prime contractor. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
2. The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor of Acoustic works in Auditorium or Multipurpose Hall completed within the last 05 (Five) years with a value of at least Tk. 200.00 (Two Hundred) lac in single contract under Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 300.00 (Three Hundred) Lac in the last 5 (Five) years. Payment certificates for contract in progress or completed under public sector during last 5 (five) years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
4. The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets or Credit commitment (in the e-PW2A-8 Form Published by BPPA) Tk. 300.00 (Three Hundred) Lac.
5. The minimum Tender Capacity of the Tenderer shall have 250.00 (Two hundred and Fifty) lac.
6. Met all other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender as mentioned in the ITT, GCC & Tender data sheet (TDS) & Tender documents.
7. VAT shall be deducted from the contractor's bill using the current NBR rate. |
