INFORMATION FOR TENDERER
|
| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

This invitation for Tenders is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
a.Up to date valid trade license.
b.Valid VAT registration certificate/BIN.
c.Income tax clearance certificate (FY 2023-24 or 2024-25) obtain from NBR.
d.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the
construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management
Contractor shall be 5 (Five) years.
e.The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or
Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1 (One) contract of 6
(Six) Storied RCC Building including Single Basement construction works
having Sanitary Systems and Internal Electrification Works successfully
completed within the last 5 (Five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 30.00
(Thirty) Crore in any public sectors.
f.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk
40.00 (Forty) Crore over the last 5 (Five) years.
g.The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital
or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of
the Tenderers shall be Tk 10.00 (Ten) Crore. In the form of a letter of
Commitment for Bank's undertaking for line of credit (Form ePW3-8) without
alteration issued not earlier than 28 days of the deadline for submission of the
tender only.
h.The minimum capacity shall be Tk. 36.00 (Thirty-Six) Crore (to submit
ongoing works details, contract amount, payment bill amount, remaining works
amount and other required information
i.Up-to-date ABC category contractor and supervisory license from Electricity
Licensing Board, GoB.
j.Meet all other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender
as mention in the ITT, GCC & TDS and tender documents.
