INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

This Invitation for Tender (IFT) is open to all eligible tenderer registered in e-GP system meeting the following criteria:
1. The Tenderers must have minimum 05 years of general experience of construction works.
2. The Minimum Sp. Experience as a Prime/Sub/Management contractor in construction works of at least 01 Nos of similar nature Building Construction works including Lift Related Works with a value of at least 120.00 Lakh (One Hundred and Twenty Lakh) (Civil Works at least 92.50 Lakh and Lift Related Works at least 28.50 Lakh) successfully completed within the last 5 years in single contract under Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
3. The Required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 265.00 Lakh (Two Hundred and Sixty Five Lakh) in the last 5 years. Payment certificates for contract in progress or completed under public sector during last 5 years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
4. The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital of (in e-PW2a-8 form without any alteration) Tk. 60.00 Lakh (Sixty Lakh).
5. The minimum Tender Capacity of the Tenderer shall have Tk. 132.00 Lakh (One Hundred and Thirty Two Lakh).
6. The Tenderer must enclose BIN certificate, Up to-date Income Tax clearance Certificate, trade license and ABC and Electrical Supervisory License form the Office of Chief Electric Inspector.
7. Other qualifications stated in TDS & PCC.
