INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

As per TDS:
a. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 3 (Three)years.
b. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least Two [02] contract of Similar Nature(Geotube/Geobag, Bullah Palisiding, Earthwork,Drain Construction) Works successfully completed within the last Twenty (20) years Combinedly with a value of at least Tk. 226.00( Two Hundred Twenty Six) Lac only.
c. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 270.00( Two Hundred Seventy) Lac only over the best three (3) years in the last five (5) Financial years.
d. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 200.00 (Two Hundred) Lac only.
e. The minimum tender capacity shall be: Tk 290.00 (Two Hundred Ninety ) Lac only. |
