INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

This invitation for Tenders is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
1. The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-contractor or Management. Contractor Shall be 5 (Five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 01 (One) number of Civil and electrical with similar work completed within the last 5 (Five) years with a value of at least Tk 12.00 Lakh under a single contract with Government Organization .
3. The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover over the best three (3) years of last five (5) years of BDT 24.50 Lakhs. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of construction turnover. A summary sheet of last five years Turnover to submitted with al supporting documents.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be BDT 16.00 Lakhs. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit as per form e-PW2A-8 uploaded in CPTU website must be submitted for this purpose. (Failing to submit in form e-PW2A-8 will make the tenderer non- responsive).
5. The minimum tender capacity shall be BDT 12.00 Lakhs.
6. Valid VAT Registration certificate & Updated Income Tax Clearance certificate, Trade License, ABC Electric along with Supervisory License.
7. Detail information is mentioned in the tender document. The tender must possess all other conditions in TDS, PCC, ITT and all necessary documents must be submitted in e-PW2A format. Otherwise, the tender will be rejected. |
