INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

1. The Tenderers must have minimum 05(Five) years of general experience of construction works.
2. The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor in construction works of at least 1(one) number of similar natures of frame structure (minimum 3(Three) storied building with 03(Three) Storied foundation) work including Civil, Sanitary and internal Electrification, minimum 150 KVA Sub-staion and 30 KVA Generator Works successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years with a value of at least Tk. 1300.00 (Thirteen Hundred) lac in single contract under Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 1600.00 (Sixteen Hundred) Lac in the last 5 (Five) years.
4. The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/ working capital/credit facilities (in the PW3-8 Form Published by BPPA) Tk. 350.00 (Three Hundred Fifty) Lac.
5. The minimum Tender Capacity of the Tenderer shall have 1500.00 (Fifteen Hundred) lac.
6. The Tenderer must enclose VAT registration certificate, up-to-date income tax clearance certificate, up to-date trade license, up-to-date ABC contractor and supervisory license, return slip of Assessment year mentioned in TDS, and Audit report for the past 1 year.
7. Manufacturer Authorization/ Dealership/Agency ship Certificate for Substation and Generator must be submitted as specification mentioned in BOQ.
8. All other conditions as mentioned in TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
