INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in public sector (Ministry/Division/Authority/Agency/Government Company /Government Organization/Government Project) as Prime Service Provider/Sub Contractor shall be 3(Three) years.
b) The minimum specific experience as a Service Provider (Prime or Sub Contractor) in providing physical service of at least ONE contract of similar nature and complexity completed over a period of 5 (Five) years with a value of at least of BDT 35 Lakh shall be required. Contract for providing Service for Supplying Vehicles in public sector (Ministry/Division/Authority/Agency/Government Company/Government Organization/Government Project) will be treated as similar nature. The Completion Certificate from the Employer shall be submitted.
c) Tenderer shall have the legal capacity to enter in to the contract under the applicable law.
d) Tenderer shall have fulfilled its obligation to pay taxes under the provisions of laws and regulations of Bangladesh.
e) Other condition shall be describe in Standard Tender Document (STD). |
