All Contractors registered in the e-GP Portal who have:
Minimum 5 (Five) years overall experience in the construction works as Prime Contractor.
Completed at least one Similar nature of work (Multistoried Building) in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Organization in the last 3 (Three) years preceding the date of submission of tender as Prime Contractor of minimum value of Tk. 280.00 lacs in a single NOA
Completed at least one Similar nature of work (Steel Structure Building) in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Organization in the last 3 (Three) years preceding the date of submission of tender as Prime Contractor of minimum value of Tk. 100.00 lacs in a single NOA
Minimum average annual construction turnover in the last 3 (Three) years preceding the date of submission of tender shall be greater than Tk.400.00 lacs
The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 125.00 lacs
The contractor have have access to double set steel shuttering during the work.
In addition to these the contractor has to comply by the required experience/documents stated in TDS, PCC and Tender Forms. |
