INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be [5] years.
The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in similar works/construction work under a single contract successfully completed within the last 05 ( Five) years, with a value of at least Tk 9500000.00(ninety five lac). Necessary Institutional Certificate from Government/ Semi- Government/Autonomous Organization must be furnished with the Bid Proposal.
The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 10000000.00( one crore) in the best 3 years over 5 yesrs.
The minimum capacity shall be: 1,12,00000.00( one crore twelve lac)
