Specific Experience: Must have successfully and substantially completed, as a contractor within the last 10 (ten) years at least 02 (Two) contracts; 1 (One) with a minimum value of BDT 150.00 (One hundred fifty) Crore and 01 (one) contract with a minimum value of BDT 120.00 (One hundred twenty) Crore, both at least 15 stories RCC building with 2 basements in Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Sector ,
Or,
at least 1 (one) 20 storied RCC building with 2 basement with shore piling, U-Shape sheet piling, retaining wall with a minimum value of BDT 200.00 (Two hundred) Crore in Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Sector .
Liquid Asset: BDT 65 Crore.
Annual Construction Turnover: BDT 200 Crores for best 5 (Five) Years within last 8 (Eight) Years. |
