INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

This Invitation for Tender (IFT) is open to all eligible Contractor/Supplier/Manufacturer registered in e-GP system meeting the following criteria:
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the electromechanical works shall be 5 (Five) years*.
b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in electromechanical works of at least 1 (One) contract(s) of Tk. 2,00,00,000.00 (Tk. Two Crore) that must include Sub-station, Generator and VRF/HVAC/Single Package duct type AC installation works successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years, under any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous organization of Bangladesh.
c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 2,90,00,000 (Tk. Two Crore Ninety Lakh) over the last 5 (Five) years*.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capitals or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 1,50,00,000.00 (Tk. One Crore and Fifty Lakh). Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be submitted in prescribed form published by BPPA.
(e) The minimum capacity shall be Tk. 2,00,00,000.00 (Tk. Two Crore).
(f) The Tenderer must have up-to-date Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate.
(g) The Tenderer must have up-to date ABC/BC Category Contractor and Supervisory license issued from Electric Licensing Board.
(h) Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) & Particular Condition of Contract (PCC) of tender documents.
(i) The Tenderer must have up-to-date IRC.
(j) PPA 2006 and PPR 2025 with all latest amendments shall be followed.
