INFORMATION FOR TENDERER
|
| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
(a)The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works as Prime Contractor shall be 05 years.
(b)A satisfactory completion of similar nature Electro-mechanical work of at least Tk. 24.00 Lakh under a single contract (The work must include Medical Gas system) completed within the last 5(Five) years in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh
(c) The tenderer shall mention the standard, brand, manufacturer's name, model & country of origin of their proposed equipment of medical gas and vacuum pipe line system along with technical offer and marking in the original catalogues with seal & signed.
(d) Average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Taka Twenty two lakhs (22.00 Lacs) over the last 5(Five) years in Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh supported by payment certificates.
(e) The minimum amount of free fund (liquid assets) i.e working capitals or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Taka Twenty Lacs(20.00Lacs) . Document of Liquid Assets submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Certificate of unconditional Liquid .Asset must be in the form of letter of commitment of Bank for line of credit to the Tenderer in favour of the work in the form PW3-7, otherwise the tender will be summarily rejected.
(f) The minimum capacity shall be 20.0 lac.
(g) The Tenderer must have up-to-date BC/ABC Electric License and Electric Supervisory License of his own.
(h) The Tenderer must have up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, Trade licence and eBIN,VAT Registration Certificate.
(i) Manufacturer Authorization for BEDHEAD TRUNKING.
(j) The tenderer shall have to submit the guarantee certificate regarding supply of spare parts at least for next 10 years by the manufacturer. |
