INFORMATION FOR TENDERER
|
| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in the construction works shall be 05 (Five) years [Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP portal]
(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management contractor under public sector of at least 1 (one) Contract of Gass Connection works including LPG works successfully completed within the last 5 years with a value of at least. TK 100 lakhs (Taka One Hundred Lakhs). Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP portal. Documents in support of specific experience must be submitted in prescribed standard format e-PW2A-F as per ITT clause 29(1)(b).
(c) The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater Than TK 100 lakhs (Taka One Hundred Lakhs) over the last five (5) financial years. Documents in support of average annual construction turnover must be submitted according to ITT Sub Clause 29.1(c)
(d) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) shall be Tk 60 lakhs (Tk Sixty Lakhs only). . Documents in support of this requirement must be submitted according to ITT Sub Clause 29.1(d)
(e) The minimum Tender capacity shall be TK 100 lakhs (Taka One Hundred Lakhs) . [To be submitted: ongoing work details, contract amount, payment bill amount, remaining works amount and other required information]
(f) The Tenderer must Possess: Up to date Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, Income Tax Certificate, ABC Category Contractor and Supervisory License from "Electricity Licensing Board" and Tenderer must have Petro Bangla Enlistment .
(g) Others terms & conditions of the tender as mentioned in the ITT, GCC, Tender Data Sheet(TDS) & Tender documents
(h) All other terms and conditions are mentioned in the TDS of this tender |
