As a part of complete digitization and integration of project implementation monitoring, it is essential to develop an automated comprehensive, near real-time system with support of required hardware/software and IT infrastructure. In this regard, CPTU engaged a consulting firm, which assessed the existing activities of implementation monitoring and evaluation of IMED, and recommended possible enhancements to PMIS with respect to people, process, and supported technology under DIMAPPP, that could be implemented in a phased manner.
