You are, thus, requested to take following actions.
Furnish a Performance Security in the specified format and in the amount of Tk. 9222263.40 (Taka NINETY-TWO LAKH TWENTY-TWO THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED AND SIXTY-THREE POINT FOUR) , within (10) working days of issuance of this letter but not later than 01-Jul-2026 in accordance with ITT Clause .
sign the Contract within TWENTY-ONE (21) Days of issuance of this letter but no later than 08-Jul-2026in accordance with ITT Clause. You may proceed with the execution of the Works only upon completion of the above tasks.
