This is to notify that appropriate authority has approved, in favor of you, the “Individual Consultancy Services of Gender and Gender-based Violence Expert (SP03-LA)” on 22 October 2025 at the contract price BDT 43,83,529.56 (In words: Taka Forty Three Lac Eighty Three Thousand Five Hundred Twenty Nine Point Five Six Only) including deductible VAT & IT and agreed by you during the negotiation meeting on 06 October 2025.
Hence, you are thus requested to take following actions:
i) accept in writing the Letter of Invitation within Seven (07) days of its issuance
ii) sign the Contract within twelve (12) days of issuance of this Letter of Invitation but not later than 02.11.2025
You may proceed with the execution of the said Contract for the provision of Services in accordance with the Contract documents only upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this Letter of Invitation for Contract signing shall constitute the formation of this Contract which shall become binding upon you.
The Draft Contract and all other necessary documents are attached.
